What The Self Love Club Movement has the potential to offer is a large scale, visible, cultural change in the way young women in our society view themselves.

Self-Love Tools

When we look at ourselves in the mirror we don't really look at ourselves. We might touch up our makeup or fix our hair and even critique how we're looking. My number one tip for women wanting to work on loving themselves is...

Every time you look in the mirror you have to say something positive about yourself.

Whether it's something positive about what inside, your external appearance or just about something you're doing that day. You just have to give yourself some form of positive affirmation to really boost your mindset and your energy.

A lot of the things I teach seem really silly and even pointless but when you start doing them continuously, you will see a difference.

I will give you $100 if you do this every day for a month and you don't see a difference, that's the Self Love Club Movement guarantee!

What advice would you give your 17-year-old self?

I think back to when I was 17 years old and I think, she was a little lost lamb.

She put up an arrogant wall as a defence mechanism and what I would tell her is it's ok not to be perfect.

It's ok to have flaws and actually sometimes our flaws is what makes us unique. It comes back to self-acceptance so really take the time to get to know yourself.

Which can sounds so cliche and everyone says it but seriously get to know the good and the bad. Get to know your darkest places because if you can conquer that, you can conquer anything.
